38th Annual Coillte 10k Road Race. A very flat two lap course in the village of Dundrum, County Tipperary.
Also incorporates a 5K (one lap) race for Junior athletes aged between 13 years on day of race and 19 years or under on 31/12/2023.
Embroidered Souvenir Hand Towel for all online entries to be collected on the night.
Ideal spectator course.
Race HQ is Dundrum Community Hall E34 EY28 which is only 200 meters from the Start and Finish lines.
Prizes for first 5 Men and Women. Prizes in every category Men and Women from Over 40 to over 70 years.
€200 bonus to break 10k course record Men and Women.

The current National Women’s 10km records O/40 & O/50 are set on this course.
Post race refreshments for all athletes and spectators after race.
This race has an AAI permit
Not suitable for walkers due to a two lap circuit
