Brandon Bay Half Marathon/10K/5K

The Brandon Bay run is an epic all beach challenge, set entirely on the golden beach around Brandon Bay in the Kingdom of Kerry. Walk, jog or run in one of the most unique running events in the world, surrounded by the majesty of Mount Brandon, the Atlantic Ocean & the Slieve Mish mountains. Fun local festival with events for all the family! This year’s races take place on Saturday 22nd July.
Half marathon start time: 12pm
5k & 10k start time: 12:30pm
Staggered start times for each event which will generate a great atmosphere around the end line as all participants will be arriving back together.
All events will begin and end at Fahamore in the Maharees with participants who are running the half marathon running the entire length of the amazing beach (out & back), 10k runners turning after 5k (out and back) and 5k runners turning after 2.5k (out and back).
