Barracks Cross, An Rinn, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford
A unique route that starts at the Barracks Cross, An Rinn, heading downhill to An Coinigéar strand. Participants then head out to the tip of the Coinigéar beach, running on the sand side and returning on the grass side, finishing back at the Barracks cross.
There is also a 4 mile walk option on the sand
Race numbers will be available for collection from Halla Pobail na Rinne between 6.15pm and 7.15pm on the evening of the race.
Prizes for individual and category winners.
Hand carved Criostal na Rinne perpetual trophy (‘Corn Ui Dhroma’) for the overall winner.
A 42krunning t-shirt for all who register and complete the route.
