The Tralee 10 Miler and 5k Road Race is back again in February for its 4th year running!
The 10 miler is a great transition point for runners that haven’t reached the half marathon distance yet.
By signing up to this event, it is chance to remember and celebrate those we have lost and give thanks to the wonderful services of the Kerry Hospice.
The mission of the Kerry Hospice Foundation is to help fund the provision of Specialist Palliative Care Services which support patients who are living with an advancing illness In Kerry.
Running is so symbolic of life, you have to drive yourself to overcome obstacles.
You might feel like you cant but then you find your inner strength and realise you are capable of so much more than you thought.
