A fast 5K run entirely on the New Ross stretch of the South East Greenway
Starting in Glenmore with a gentle 5K descent to the finish line near the bridge in New Ross
Chip-timed
Open to walkers, joggers and runners of all abilities. Age 16+
All finishers will receive a custom-made 5K Stride medal
Age category cash prizes
Seamus Burke Memorial Cup for fastest team (four to score, all must be registered with Athletics Ireland)
Refreshments will be provided after the event
Car parking will be available in Rosbercon
Shuttle bus from car park to start line
This event has an AAI permit
